REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully as Laura Jayne Wicks does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

We will only exchange your item if it is faulty 

If for some reason your item is faulty please email laurajaynewicks@gmail.com within 7 business days of parcel arrival. Keeping in mind we track your parcels also so we are able to see when your item is delivered. Replacements are subject to approval as items have to be send back for inspection before any product or money is to be transferred back to the customer.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are to be paid in full on order date once agreed on style and colour choice. Custom orders can not be refunded or exchanged.
